need help purchasing 2 front tires, and can paybback

Woke up to a flat tire, picked up a huge screw, they won't repair it since the tires are worn and old. My back ones were done about 6 months ago, they said the 2 front need to be replaced. They are bad, I am getting used ones from place in Escondido levi tires. Unfortunately I have had a client who canceled his escrow and it screwed me with all my up front costs. Mostly gas, Getting him from airport and driving him around for a week. And my part time work pays living expenses. I'm not lazy at all. Just hit a tough spot.
