I am known to throw a fun candle making party these days but let's face it, we could all use a moment to decompress and center ourselves during these rough times! I am rolling out a two month meeting for anyone who would like to RELAX! Soothing music, candle light and a space to vent is what this class provides! Bring a small yoga mat or towel for seating. If you need a safe space then this is the room you need to be in!
