Women have been sitting in circles together for thousands of years - let's continue the tradition! Join in fellowship with other mothers as we discuss topics surrounding healing our body, mind, and spirit. Let us show up for one another and ourselves and heal so that we can be the best version of ourselves that we can be for our children! We will honor the mothers who have come before us, practice simple movement, breathing, and /or meditation, and learn about and discuss a topic each month. All types of mothers are welcome! This is a safe space and a judgment-free zone! Come as you are, spill your heart out on the altar, and let your village support you and love you.
