Description

In this hour and a half session we will share simple practices to give you a clearer understanding of what mindfulness is and isn't. This will include three mindful meditations and/or activities. Release stressGet more focusedCreate change fromt the inside outLive more heart centeredNo worries if you've never done this before, come with curiosity and a willingness to try something new. Learn how mindful living can change your life. Wear comfortable clothing. You are welcome to sit on the floor, bring your own cushion if you like. If you bring a Yoga mat, please know space is limited and it would have to be folded or rolled at one end to allow space for everyone. There will be 4 floor pillows/cushons provided and six chairs for those who may have any physical limitations. Be sure to bring water. REFUND POLICY: You must notify us 48 hours in advance of the event start time for the refund of your ticket price.
