Drive-in Movie event for Veterans (not enrolled in VA health care) and their family or friends. Showing: “Patton” Biography of controversial World War II hero General George S. Patton. The film covers his wartime activities and accomplishments beginning with his entry into the North African campaign and ending with his removal from command after his out spoken criticism of US post-war military strategy. When: Saturday, September 17, 2022 Location: Canary Creek Drive-in, Franklin, Indiana Gates open at 6 p.m. Time: Movie begins at sunset (approx. 8 p.m.)Register to attend. Veteran must not already be enrolled in VA health care. Veteran must be present and check-in with their DD-214 or military retirement ID. Family and friends are welcome to view movie with their Veteran. One free admission ticket per vehicle. VA staff will be available to answer health benefit questions and process benefit application for Veterans before the movie, during intermission, or after the movie. I understand that my information is being collected by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
