Longview man with 2 stolen bikes?

A few minutes ago, at about 8:50 PM, I saw a man near Cypress and 19th Ave. here in Longview with two bikes. One of the bikes he was pushing forward, and the second bike he had laid horizontally across the first. He was walking roughly south on 19th Ave. toward Beech street. He was wearing an orange shirt or vest, black or dark pants, and a black hat, perhaps a cap that was backwards, maybe 5'6".. I don't know for sure that the bikes were stolen, but I've heard of so many thefts lately that I wouldn't be surprised and didn't know where else to post about it.
