Years ago, I invited you to go on a hike. While polite, you turned me down, and everything has been confusing since. I honestly have no idea what to do or say because whatever course I take seems to create more issues. Saying you make me nervous related to me being intimidated by you, that’s all, it wasn’t meant negatively, but admirably. I see that meaning was likely difficult to glean from my poor choice of words. Whatever changes are coming, I wish you the best and I still wish you would’ve gone with me on the hike. I still wish.
