Have you found yourself troubled about the losses you have experienced while in your caregiving role? Losses could include loss of time for yourself, loss of friendships or the loss of abilities of your loved one. Cindy Robles with the Caregiver SOS program will discuss ways to think about grief and loss that help lessen the emotional pain you may experience After that session, join music man extraordinaire Darrin Newhardt as he takes us down memory lane! Playing your favorite pop and musical theatre songs from the past 50 years, Darrin uses music to bring memories to you and your loved ones.
