Relax, restore, and refresh with this gentle singing bowl session. Experience the healing frequencies of a 7 Chakra crystal singing bowls tuned to 432hz. How it works: Just bring a yoga mat and wear something comfy and perhaps a blanket if you get cold easily. For this hour session, you will sit or lay on your mat that overlooks the beautiful Bell Works lake scenery while you drift away to the meditative crystal bowls. Our Experience About Jhailyn: The founder of Modern Hippi, Jhailyn has traveled world wide learning different meditation techniques and healing techniques from a variety of cultures. Born in the Dominican Republic and having both Taino and Sephardic roots, she has had an interesting opportunity to explore all facets of spirituality. After a 10 year period of studying and dissecting the various cultural methods, she has hosted many guided meditations and full moon rituals both domestically and internationally with a focus on becoming one's best version via integrating the shadow self. She has been hosting guided meditations since 2018. Some places that have had the most influence on her meditation style: Thailand, Bali, Philippines, Dominican Republic. About Justin: Justin has been playing music for 25+ years. In his earlier days, his focus was on playing the bass, touring North America playing in bands, and working the music industry. After a journey of self discovery and addiction recovery, Justin transformed his passion for music from entertainment to healing. In February 2022, he hit his first milestone of 5 years sober. Through yoga, meditation, and cultivating a strength in spirit, he has been able to overcome this battle with divine grace His hope is to use his experience to help guide those in the dark to a path of self love, forgiveness, and healing.
