The Texas Juvenile Crime Prevention Center at Prairie View A&M University is hosting an Open House for the Texas Child & Family Study Project on Tuesday, July 26, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Cotton Belt Building. It is located at 1517 W. Front St. Suite 305 Tyler, TX. 75702. A brief program will begin at 11:30 a.m. The public is welcome! Fifty backpacks filled with school supplies for elementary-aged children will be given out on a first come, first serve basis. Lunch will also be provided. The Texas Juvenile Crime Prevention Center is committed to the reduction of juvenile delinquency and crime in the State of Texas.
