MAST’s Annual Meeting serves to promote networking and information sharing between partners, to hear nominations for Steering Committee members and to learn about achievements and challenges associated with the MAST Action Plan, among other things. The meeting will feature presenters from three communities around the region that were awarded implementation funding for complete streets projects – improvements that ensure roadways are safe and accessible for users of all ages and abilities, regardless of how they choose to travel. . Attendees will learn about the experiences, successes and challenges associated with implementing such projects. We think you will be energized and motivated by their success! Note that MAST’s 2022 Complete Streets Implementation Grant opportunity is available now. Up of $95,000 is available to support complete streets construction or non-infrastructure activities (planning, preliminary engineering, “pop-up” events, development of complete streets policies, etc.) in the Monadnock Region of New Hampshire. The deadline to apply is Friday, September 23rd at 5:00 p.m. The meeting is free to attend and light refreshments will be offered.
