Lotus Self Defense Institute of Spokane welcomes any and all lotus Black Belts and Students to join us in our first National Training Intensive and celebration of 50 years of dedication to one of Thailands greatest martial arts legacy’s. A time of gathering as lotus brothers and sisters to honor Body•Mind•Spirit through collective training, camaraderie, collaboration, unification, and the opportunity to train side by side in honor of our founder “Precha Mahachanavong“ Event Details: Thursday Sept 8th: Arrival - Hotel Check in. (Optional Traditional Lotus Class ). 6pm-7:45pm @ The Dojo- 202 W 2nd Ave Spokane WA Friday Sept 9th: Day 1: Lotus Training Intensive • 9am-12:30pm - Black Belt only Training ******“Advanced Lotus Techniques “****** • 12:30-1pm - Lunch • 1:15 pm - 5:30pm - All Lotus Training - Guest and local Blackbelt instructors will be on teaching specialized training from their various backgrounds of experience • 5:30-6pm - Wrap up/ Review - Depart for Hotels • 7pm- ***Blackbelt Only **** Dinner & Meeting - Local Spokane Dining Experience- Restaurant to be Announced. Saturday Sept 10th: Day 2: Lotus Training Intensive • 9:30am -12:30pm - All Students Opening Classs followed by Lotus Techniques 1-60. • 1:30pm - Break Out Sessions to review AM training by rank • 3:30- 5pm- Open Gym, Kata, Review, Kicks, judo, group breakouts , Light Sparing, Discussions … etc • 5:30pm-6pm Conclusion: All Student Lotus workout 👊🏻 • 6pm-7pm - Break, Hotel, Change • 7pm- 8:30pm - Lotus 50th anniversary Celebration. Food, Drinks, Family friendly • 9pm- Blackbelts & Students 18 + ONLY - ****NO KIDS***Live Music, Dancing, Lotus Stories and Shenanigans…. Sunday Sept 11th: Departure Day: ( Optional based on Travel) • 10am - Weekend Debrief, Brunch & Coffee. Meet@ Dojo - Location TBD
