On August 12th, come join us for a three-course dinner with hand crafted, in-house BBQ. This dinner is not only to show case our smoked meats but also pairing them with the best beers. The goal of this dinner is for our guests to enjoy some good food, good beer, and good company! Each beer is carefully selected by our hear brewer, Luke Jipp, based on his pairing notes to create a perfectly balanced flavor palette for each course. This 3 course dinner includes chips and two homemade salsas, Texas twinkies, short ribbed tacos with homemade tortilla served with Mexican street corn, and a yummy banana pudding for dessert! All meat is smoked in house and prepared by our kitchen manager, Natalie. Tickets are $75 per person and includes server gratuity.
