Parc Telegraph is a condominium complex that operates a hybrid resident and commercial parking garage. The garage has limited valet service from 7 am – 7pm. We are hiring immediately for a part-time valet to work from 3pm-7pm Monday-Friday and on high-demand weekends and holidays. This job is ideal for those who can reliably arrive to work on time and thrive in a fast-paced environment where they prevent and resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way. Duties: You will explain the parking rates to for commercial parking You assign spaces for residents and commercial parking You instruct commercial guests how to pay, where to self-park, drop off their keys, and how to retrieve their vehicles. You process commercial parking payments. You instruct residents where to self-park, drop off their keys, and retrieve their vehicles. You collect and retain car keys & FOBs in an organized manner You safely park and retrieve overflow vehicles in garage lanes. At the end of your shift you: Retrieve & secure parking placard. Change signage Secure the valet booth Deliver all remaining car keys and FOBs to the Front Desk with accurate description of car location. Work Environment: You will work outdoors We provide a walkie-talkie for communication with security and management There is a valet booth with a microwave & fridge Access to an inside restroom Staff to cover for you during your break Eligibility Requirements for Part-Time Valet Parking Attendant: Must be COVID-19 vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination Valid driver’s license with no accidents or two-point driving infractions in the past 5 years Minimum 3 years of driving experience
