Starting a Rock Band

Hi, my name is Evan Bachmann and I am a one man band specializing in blues, folk, soul, classic rock, and anything Jerry Garcia related based in the San Francisco Bay Area.. I am looking to get a band together so we can play some originals, covers, and have some good fun. I have connections with various bars/bookers in San Francisco so I would look to start gigging ASAP, I have a paid gig potentially lined up on Aug 13 based how quickly I can put things together. I have space in my garage to practice with keys, amps, and electronic drums... if we can get something together we can move to a local studio set up. Some of my influences are The Band, Jerry Garcia Band, The Wailers, Grateful Dead, Van Morrison, Dylan, Beatles, Little Feat, just to name a few.
