We are now proud to announce that we have officially changed our name to “Los Angeles County Real Estate Investor’s Association,” a California limited liability company. It’s 2022 and we are celebrating our 26th anniversary. We are no longer a club. We are now an association, an association of real estate investors. Now, we know there are lots of different groups with similar names. Just remember we meet on the second Thursday of every month at the Iman Cultural Center in Los Angeles. Welcome to 2022! Our group helps people invest in real estate by offering: Education Networking, andMentoring.You are cordially invited to our monthly Real Estate Investors' Vendors Expo. The Expos occur the second Thursday of every month from 6:30 to 7:30 PM. We will have over 40 different vendors with all of the real estate services you will need to become a successful investor, including, private lenders, tittle companies, escrow companies, building suppliers, contractors, home, inspectors, hard money lenders, out-of-state properties, insurance agents, credit repair consultants, staging companies, foreclosure information services, and much MUCH more!
