All Runners are welcomed!
- We will be starting off with out first run only having two distance options 3 Mile and a 4mile Run/Walk.
- When you show up we will be doing 10 to 15 minute warm up as a group lead by D'Anthony Smith, Former Cross Country athlete, CPT, and Run Coach
