Finishing up a little remodel and need an experienced punch list guy with truck and tools. Please reply with your name and number and explain your experience. Include photos of your work. Partial list - this is most of it: Assemble and paint and install gutters. PAINT Two doors Awning OUTSIDE Level and sand awning Waterproof boards around laundry  room Tuck point brick Glaze windows Re-screen 3 screens LAUNDRY ROOM Adjust door to close Repair crack KITCHEN Secure dishwasher Repair Sheetrock hole Put cover on overhead light BATH Grout two tiles BEDROOM #2 Repair crack LIVING ROOM Install door stop Much of this I will handle, along with my own list, but seems wise to include them. Bondo/repair exterior door jam.
