Welcome to ROAR Drop-In Days at FCC | Required Orientation, Advising & Registration During the enrollment process at FCC, we are here to assist you at every step along the way! Whether you are just getting started or you have only one more step to go, we welcome you to join us. Drop in anytime during these event days for the opportunity to - Submit an application and receive your Student ID number - Complete placement testing in reading, writing, and/or mathematics - Turn in any testing exemptions you may have - Meet with an advisor for assistance in selecting classes - Register for upcoming classes - Have your FCC Student ID photo taken after enrolling in your first course at the College - Visit Student Accounts to pay your bill and/or discuss payment plan options - Visit the Bookstore to purchase textbooks and materials Each student attendee receives an FCC t-shirt, FCC goodie bag, and an entry into a raffle for a chance to win a $250 book scholarship. There will be a winner selected from each of the two events in July. IMPORTANT INFO: Registration for this event is not required, however, it is encouraged. Please choose a two-hour time slot on the day you plan to visit campus. Students must check in no later than 6:00 p.m.. Please be prepared for possible wait times to meet with an advisor. If you need placement testing, advising, and registration, please allow at least 3 hours to complete the process. If you only need to meet with an advisor and register for classes, please allow at least one hour to complete the process. Be sure to bring valid identification with you. If you have testing exemptions, you can email them to [email protected] ahead of time. You can also prepare for placement testing with our Study Guide at guides.frederick.edu/testing.
