Regardless of who you are, chances are that stress is affecting your life and you could benefit from a little self-care. Sound Bath is a meditation class that aims to guide you into a deep meditative state while you're enveloped in ambient sound played by Samantha. Sound baths use repetitive notes at different frequencies to help bring your focus away from your thoughts. Please bring your own: yoga mat, pillows, blankets, and anything that will make you feel more comfortable! Sound healing is known to help with: - Stress - Reduce anxiety - Better pain management - Relieve emotional blockage This is an experience-based class, each experience differs and results may vary.
