I'm a house flipper with multiple projects running at a time and I can't be everywhere at once. I need an assistant for on site project over site and unskilled labor between trades. Construction or power tool experience is a bonus but not necessary as I can train you on our management systems and any tools needed for labor. Compensation is hourly, time is somewhat flexible but you may be needed to make specific meeting times with sub contractors, expect 20-40 hours per week. You must be hard working, detail oriented, observant, and good at following directions. In addition to learning the process of managing renovation projects I can teach you how we find and analyzing real estate deals, including flips and rentals, if interested. We have three projects in the Fishtown and Port Richmond area so you must be able to get to those locations easily.
