If so, apply today, to join our rapidly growing team at Mukogawa U.S. Campus!** **Where every day feels like a Vacation at our Beautiful, Historical, Campus!** Summary of Duties: • Responsible for all locks, keys, and door hardware for all structures on Campus. • Perform all painting interior/exterior projects. • Repair all damaged walls or replacement walls. • Repair all vacuums, and damaged windows. • Fill all vehicles with fuel and maintain records of fuel consumption. • Assist other employees in Maintenance of Campus ground and roadways. • Assist other employees in replacement and placement of Campus trees & flowers. • Perform routine repair of shower doors and other plumbing problems. • Perform clearing of all plugged sinks, tubs etc. • Replace; repair lighting fixtures and replacement of all bulbs for Campus Facilities. • Driver for the 14-passenger vans, in support of Faculty/Student activities. • Perform Janitorial Services on a continual basis in and around the Maintenance Facility. • Assist and support all other Grounds and Maintenance Staff.
