Looking for a full time Trailer Repair Mechanic to work in the repair shop. The ideal candidate must have the following skills and abilities: Team player with a positive, can do attitude Experience in the trailer, RV, or automotive &snow plow knowledge a pulse Weld & Fabricate Steel & Aluminum Organized and detail oriented Must be willing to get your hands dirty Takes pride and ownership in each trailer service Essential Job Duties Work well under pressure and meet deadlines Weld steel, aluminum, & basic fabrication Bearing Packs Repair hinges, latches, doors, windows, roofs and floors Replace axles, leaf springs, and suspension components Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues (Truck & Trailer) Keep shop clean, organized and SAFE Willing to train the right candidate **Pay based on experience
