The firm is seeking an experienced Residential Remodeling and New construction Sub-Contractor, Estimator, and individual workers, who are Presentable, friendly, honest, self motivated and team orientated. ✔️💰🏠 This is a full-time job, with lots of work available, for the dependable and dedicated go getters. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE BUILDING AND/OR REMODELING HOME PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. Preferred candidate is a FORMER REMODELING CONTRACTOR OR CUSTOM BUILDER OR INDIVIDUAL CARPENTER in our area. Candidate must have a working knowledge of, and experience in, residential construction (New Construction in particular) including of at least one or more of these: • Structural work • Rough and finish carpentry • Decking & Sheathing • Plumbing • Painting and drywall • Siding (hardieplank) • Flooring • Framing • Roofing • Tile & stone • Cabinetry Experience: • Field experience in New Construction and/or Remodeling: 2 years minimum • Estimating, Sub-Contracting, or Individual Trade: 2 years minimum If this sounds like the kind of career opportunity you've been looking for and you meet our qualifications, we want to hear from you!
