Get out of the heat travel to Montana need a crew to roof a house

I own a duplex in Montana - I'm in need of a crew who know how to roof a house. Tear down old put-up new shingles aprox 1650 sqft. Must be knowledgeable to roof a house. looking to get it done asap. Reason I'm posting in Phoenix because I live in Phoenix and will meet crew personally. If all goes right, I'll have multiple jobs. The contractors in Montana are ridiculous. Wanting a fortune to roof a house that will take 3 days, it never used to be that bad. I would do it myself, but time is major issue. I'm not cheap by any means. Must have own vehicle for transportation I'll cover fuel hotels ect. I can send pics upon a request
