Taking Bids on a Shed & Concrete Slab

Looking for a contractor that can both pour the slab and build a 8 (W) x 10 (L) basic shed on it in my backyard. Ground is not level. Think Home Depot. None of the "shed builders" do the slab and I`m looking for somebody to do it all as opposed to trying and set up both. Looking for some bids/ guesstimates.
