I'm 35. Me and my son are looking for a place to stay while we fix it up, exchanging our services for rent so i can save money to get a proper down payment. We've had a rough time and we're in a bad situation, just need a lift up. I have experience in all things from drywall painting roofing flooring plumbing electrical ect. Please only serious inquiries. Only needed for duration of job. I'll do all work for free and buy what material i can if needed. Thank you for your time.
