Location: Pacific Palisades Salary: DOE plus Schedule: Monday through Friday, General hours about 9am – 5pm or as long as the work is done well, you can set your own hours. Seeking a super talented, dynamic and sophisticated Career PA, who can also assist with the EA needs. The position supports a husband and wife who are both knee deep in various businesses. The position will also from time to time assist one of their partners, but this is fairly infrequent. They are a multi-family real estate syndication company led by three partners out of Los Angeles who also run additional companies. They seek a truly inspired Executive and Personal Assistant to assist with a variety of home based and office based needs This is from their home in the Palisades or from your own home from time to time. The ideal person REALLY is a true problem solver, is able to see down the line the needs of their life and think about day to day needs as well. Will work closely with their House Manager/Nanny as well as the 2 partners. Job Requirements: Must have strong multi-tasking skills and ability to anticipate needs will help you thrive Must have experience working as EA/PA for UHNW family for 5+ years Looking for a professional and sophisticated communicator, with excellent writing skills You are adaptable and organized when faced with competing priorities Impeccable attention to detail and a high standard of work Comfortable being available after hours Job Responsibilities: Executive: Travel Arrangement both domestically and internationally (scheduling flights, transportation, and hotel stays) Complex calendar management and travel planning Calendar management, scheduling meetings, arranging conference calls etc. Phone Management (leading conference calls, and prioritizing calls) Conducting Research Strong project management skills, used to proactively build processes and programs to benefit executive Liaising with internal staff at all levels Ability to adapt to shifting working hours Highly professional with excellent judgment Ability to multitask and work under pressure and in a fast paced environment can-do positive attitude and willing to go the “extra mile” critical attention to detail and highly organized, while still thinking “big picture” Capable of managing several projects simultaneously with minimal supervision serve as gatekeeper for principal’s prepare and submitting expense reports for CC charges Personal: Creating nanny schedule monthly Experience managing large estates and domestic workers Communication Liaison for overseeing household staff (nannies, chef, housekeepers, Gardner, pool tech etc.) Planning birthday parties, purchasing gifts for all events, parties, and birthdays Event Planning for household dinner gatherings and events Scheduling dentist, all grooming (haircut, dental, etc.) for all members of the family Oversee dry cleaning and ensure this gets done monthly Manage all workers coming and going that will be working on Palisades Home Coordinate Toy and Home Organizer to come every 6 months
