Found Cell Phone On Road In West Salem

I found a cell phone in the middle of the road, kind of by Straub elementary school. You've tried calling tons of times, the ringtone is Stop Look Listen by The Stylistics. I can't answer the phone because the phone seems to be badly damaged (I imagine it was ran over a few times). You may be able to take it to a shop to have your files pulled off the phone, but the screen and touch screen are both broken.
