Namaste, my friends... I am a certified meditation and reiki practitioner and I am offering one on one classes where I will lead you through a 15 minute meditation session, followed up with a 30 minute energy cleansing reiki session. This class is for all walks of life Whether you're a seasoned meditator, or are just beginning your practice, this is a wonderful time to connect with your highest self and allow your mind and body to rest while re-energizing your soul Sessions are $50 per class, but I believe that ALL humans should have access to these healing practices and am willing to work with your budget My classes are offered every Saturday and Wednesday and I have a wide variety of time options for your convenience Blessings, brothers and sisters!
