I'm rehoming my three year old Axolotl as I am no longer able to give him the time he needs. He is perfectly healthy and playful. He DOES NOT like light, do not allow water temp to go over 75, axolotls do best in 60-64, anymore will cause sickness. HE REQUIRES NO GRAVEL, SAND OR BARE BOTTOM ONLY. If axolotls eat rocks or hard foods it can lead to death. They are easy to care for but not beginner animals! I can rehome him sans filter (I need it for another tank), he has a 40g tank with a stand. $50 rehoming fee for everything or $50 for just him
