I need motivated people who can paint walls and trim, caulk, hang ceiling fans, hang flush mount lights, fencing, some trim inside and out. Some other small mechanicals. These are unoccupied houses that we get ready to rent. Must have own transportation, nonsmoker, social security card, drivers license. Starting pay until i see what you can do, is $17 per hour.
