We have immediate full-time positions for Labor, Carpenter, Formsetter, Finisher and Foreman! Listed below are some of the requirements for all positions. Our work is located all over the greater Phoenix area. • We are looking for energetic, reliable, punctual and highly motivated individuals. • You must have reliable transportation, as our jobs are located throughout the valley. • Assist in handling, loading and unloading materials safely. • General knowledge of blueprints and layout documents. • Experience setting and erecting forms using a wide variety of materials and forming systems. • Build and layout forms as required according to specification and field direction. • Double check all forms and bracing to ensure they are properly installed and secure. • Knowledge of proper slopes and acceptable tolerances of all sidewalks, ADA ramps, curbs and other concrete structures. • Ability to lift/move at least 50 pounds. • Shoveling and raking of concrete and running wheelbarrow. • Recognize risks and hazards on job site. • Assist and work with others on construction crews. • Ability to work in constant exposure to outside elements and heat. • Physical dexterity, stamina and excellent hand-eye coordination with the ability to grasp, assemble, lift, stand and walk for extended periods over uneven surfaces, squat bend, climb ladders and onto equipment or other objects. • Other duties as assigned.
