Hello, I need an independent contractor to work as my handyman that can take care of a few rentals as well as my own house. You need to have a broad knowledge base...a jack of all trades you might say. You must have tools and a vehicle. The pay is $18/hr. This will start out part time, but will turn into full time after a few months or so.
