Thinking: Ramones, Buzzcocks, Rolling Stones, Van Halen, Guns 'N Roses, Motley Crue, L.A. Guns, Faster Pussycat, Whitesnake, Libertines, Iggy Pop/Stooges, Replacements, New York Dolls, The Cult, Joy Division, Afghan Whigs and so much more... Me: Lead vocals, antics, percussion, working up some rhythm guitar. Because these days, who else can sing dirty songs about dirty girls other than another female? What we need: * Lead guitars/shredders - calling all Shreddy Bettys! * Electric bass * Drums * Keyboards? Theremin? You tell me... Bonus points for killer backup vocal abilities; would also love to have multiple band members take on lead vox. No loftier ambition than to play local bars, festivals and parties - or to just have a good time playing together. A practice space would also be ideal... Females encouraged to apply.
