Landlord needs a helper to chase material and tools on our rental job site. We are currently building a new construction basement bathroom and I'm too old to go up and down those steps ten times an hour to grab material and tools. We provide lunch and can pick up and drop off if needed but you must be reasonably close to the Collinwood / Euclid area please. We work at a calm pace with no stress and actually try to have some fun while getting the job done. Please no contactors. We can do this ourselves and do not want to hire an expensive contractor, just need a helper. This is an ideal job for any tween not driving yet. Ideal first time, weekend job where you can learn plumbing, electrical, drywall and ceramic tile. Also learn how to become a landlord. It is simple casual labor so no background check. We don't care about background. Just need you every Saturday, give or take a few, for the rest of the year.
