* Positions available through out all of New Jersey Rooter-Man / Water Damage Solutions of NJ is seeking an Entry Level Water/Mold Mitigation Technician. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with property owners. Our Projects consist of structures that have been partially or fully damaged by Mold, Water, Fire and other such disasters. In this position, you will be responsible for controlled demolition of residential properties and cleaning-up. Specific Responsibilities of this Position Include: Work under supervision of Team Leader. Controlled demolition of affected areas of a residential property. Take pictures of affected area, demo, clean up and treated with appropriate chemicals then follow up with after photos. Document files with notes, pictures and all paperwork Adherence to safety protocols is a must. Compensation: This position offers a competitive salary depending on experience and a bonus structure for successfully completed projects
