Need Someone To Remove and Install Second Floor Window Screens

I'm looking for someone(preferably a handyman, since I have some other projects siding, etc.) to take down some window screens for me, so I can replace the screens with new screen and then re-install them. You don't have to stay and help, you can just take the screens down and then come back in a day or two and put them back up. The only thing is these are bolted on with two screws (1/4inch) on each side of the window. So, you'll need a ladder that can reach it's about 20 to 25 feet from the ground to my roof and probably a drill, unless you want to use just my wrench. That should be all you need and it should be a pretty quick job, depending how fast you are. Only 2 are larger size and the rest are either tiny or regular sized. 10 total. Please write me with a little bit of your experience. I live in Pflugerville near Windermere Elementary, so it helps if you live close by to save on gas and future projects. The price will be for the total job, but I am negotiable. I'll leave the posting up until completed.
