In addition, they will: -Review/Prepare Gear List with show TD prior to each event. -Prep/pack gear for each event with attention to case and truck weights -Stage all gear to be loaded on truck for each event -QC Cybis gear upon return from event site -Maintain to-do list of gear needing attention before/after a show, or during the off-season. -Send broken/damage equipment out for repair and diligently monitor status through completion -Make local pick-ups/drop-offs of cross-rental gear, typically in 24’ box truck -Maintain case lists (documentation of which items are in cases) -Coordinate truck logistics (rental and return prior to and after shows) -Maintain documentation for best practices related to truck rentals and logistics -Maintain truck kit (logs and documentation all drivers need to be aware of) -Organize and maintain organization of Cybis HQ/Warehouse -Log all work completed and communicate status with EP -Manage Cybis inventory document/barcodes -Lead implementation of our new inventory management system -Take ownership of gear-related tasks and see them to completion in a timely manner -Maintain roster of warehouse support people (helping hands) -Schedule warehouse support when 2+ people are req’d -Support the expansion of our warehouse team Schedule: 5-15 hours/week as needed July-December. 20-30 hours/week January-June *PLUS optionally joining us for ~45 production days throughout the year (out of state and local events). Event schedule to be shared with qualified candidates. The ideal candidate would renew term and continue with Cybis indefinitely! You set your own hours to deliver the expected results. Experience: 2+ Years in AV industry Compensation: $25-35/hr based on experience. And optionally, $300-350 per on-site production day, if applicable. *Compensation increases/bonus potential.
