Factory 360 is looking for 2-3 Production Crew Assistants for an upcoming activation! DATES: AUGUST 1 - 5 Factory 360, Inc., is an experiential marketing agency based in New York City. We specialize in experiential marketing and event production. Factory 360 has a fast-paced work environment and we seek talented employees who crave learning new skills and aren’t afraid to tackle big projects. This isn’t your typical 9-5. Production Assistants are the pillars to building a successful activation by bringing the brand to life through gorgeous demos and builds. We are looking for someone willing and able to do it all, from load and unloading, building event structures (with guidance from our experts), lift heavy things, move items around the event floor no job is too small for this team member! As a Production Assistant you will: • Collaborate effectively within a team environment • Be punctual and complete scheduled time • Be willing and able to work long days on your feet (12+ hour days) • Be willing and able to move equipment & heavy objects up to 50 lbs • Assist the production team with lights and other A/V or production setups where needed – A/V experience not needed. • Understand the goal and objectives set forth by the brand • Have fun! Experience/Qualification • Preference to someone who is FULLY VACCINATED • Prior experience in the event production industry is preferred, but not required
