Looking for farmer who wants a dog

This is hard for me but I need to rehome my 2 year old mini Aussie. He is sweet. Knows general commands. There is something off about him tho because I have not seen him laying down since he was a couple of months old. He will sleep in his crate but not if he’s out of it. I will only be giving him to a farm. He needs to be an outdoor dog I think so he can run and won’t be destructive indoors. I’ve spent 4-5 hours a day having him run around, given him CBD, melatonin and none of it works.
