Job description-Asbestos Worker First Response Environmental is seeking an Asbestos Worker and Supervisors in Medford/Grants Pass Pay Rate: $22/hr and up depending on experience Job Type: Full-time *Prevailing Wage Jobs Available Contact- 541-621-0911 REQUIREMENTS: • 3 months experience performing Asbestos work • Current Asbestos Abatement Worker or Supervisor Card • Verifiable references • Pass respirator medical evaluation • Pass background check and a drug screen PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: • Knowledge of construction industry desirable • Fire/water restoration experience is a plus JOB DUTIES: • All phases of asbestos abatement • Use hand and power tools • Maneuver heavy objects • Follow safety procedures HOURS: •Days •Exact hours will vary depending on job. Some overtime and weekends may be needed.
