We are a very successful full-service asphalt paving and maintenance company in Springfield. We offer a great team and family environment. We are seeking a Mid-Day – Evening Shift person with a flexible schedule for our Striping Team. Overtime, weekdays and weekends. Experience with lot maintenance preferred. Start times and ends times vary due to customer requests and how much we can accomplish as a team on a job. Must have a drivers license to get to work and in case we use you as a driver. -Requires flexibility in schedule -On-boarding and training provided -Experience is preferred but looking more for hard worker, flexible, team player, on time, reliable -We do work weekends and some holidays during our busy seasons Must haves: *Driver’s license *Flexible schedule *Desire for OT *Ability to do labor in the heat Employment type: full-time, OT in Peak season, year-round work but PT in off-season Company information: Western Asphalt is a multi-divisional construction company. We have a clear path set up for our employees to grow within the company and fine tune and expand their knowledge through our tried and tested On Boarding and Training programs. We focus on Asphalt Paving, Grading, Sealcoating, Striping and Concrete. We pride ourselves on training and developing our employees so that they can grow and become cross trained in multiple divisions. We will on board each of our new hires so the transition into a new company goes smoothly. Responsibilities: -Show up each day on time and ready to work. -Be prepared each day ( Proper work wear, Lunch and Water etc.) -Be open and willing to learn our company's methods and expectations. -Communicate daily with your foreman and fellow crew members. -The best skill you can have is to be able to show up on time every day willing to work! Pay: $16-22 per hour based on experience
