Full and weekend part time horse and ranch care

An unexpected staff overhaul leaves the need for full time and part time work on my beautiful Andalusian breeding farm. Very demanding owner (me) that feels that the horses are my children so picky about their care and how things are done. If you love animals, the outdoors (even in this disgusting heat) and are dependable, write to me and tell me about your experience, if any, around horses and other details about whether you have ever driven a tractor, why you are currently looking, or what sounds good about my job. If have worked on some type of farm or ranch, are you handy with fixing things like leaky faucets or tractors that won't start? Always something to do around her which is good for people who like to stay busy. Horses are beautiful and friendly and we have babies most of the year. We do have 3 stallions so next person(s) need to be comfortable around or learn to be comfortable around them. Want someone who wants to stay permanently and not just take a job because need income. Housing may or may not be included. Some of work very heavy such as lifting square bales of hay, moving stock tanks and the like. Salary depends on experience, whether willing to cover weekends if I don't find someone for weekends only, if wanting to live in the house on the property. Flexibility because I am needing two people so looking forward to applicants as to how to get a new team. Dirty, hot and in the winter, cold. Taking care of horses is tough stuff!
