Job description We are looking for someone to carry out maintenance duties on 3 buildings when needed. Rancho Cucamonga, Pomona and Downtown Los Angeles. The goal is to keep our buildings in a clean and orderly condition with minor repair needs like painting over graffiti, changing light bulbs etc. Responsibilities Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Make adjustments and minor repairs Skills Work outdoors in high heat for brief periods of time to gather trash and clean Use of tools Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Integrity and ability to work independently Hours per week: 20-40 Typical end time: 5pm Typical start time: 8AM This Job Is: Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED A good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume, or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
