AAPSA is seeking to hire a full-time position for Property Maintenance. Competitive salary and full benefits package. The person in the position will be responsible for ensuring the properties are well-maintained (both exterior and interior) and have the potential to lead capital improvement projects. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Cosmetic building repairs and upgrades Maintenance and repair of office equipment Maintain exterior and interior lighting Inspect property to minimize liability concerns Assessing need for major repairs Minor plumbing repairs Assembly of office furniture Maintenance of HVAC systems Basic landscaping and snow removal Benefits 40 hours personal/sick (based on full year) 1 week paid vacation (based on full year) 11 paid holidays Health- monthly employer contribution of $410 Vision/Dental 401k with 100% match up to 3% Profit sharing program 10% discount on Home/Auto through Liberty Mutual 10% discount on tuition at Capella University Requirements Experience in general repairs and maintenance Basic electrical understanding Basic plumbing understanding Basic HVAC understanding Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Valid NYS Driver’s license
