Field Operations Associate ($17.00-$20.00/hr) Field Operations Associate (Part time) About the job We are looking for an awesome Field Operations Associate in Seattle, WA! This position will be responsible for ensuring the successful pickup and delivery of orders using your personal vehicle. communicating with a dispatcher, and providing a stellar customer experience. This is a part time W2 position; weekly shifts are flexible. 20 - 35hrs + weekly → APPLY HERE: What We’re Seeking Comfortable driving in and around the city, working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems on the fly, and working closely with a team. Strong sense of prioritization and a diligent, flexible mindset able to cover multiple things at the same time and react to changes without becoming overwhelmed. A kind and caring attitude with strong people skills; willing and able to build and maintain relationships between washers, customers, and the operations team. Excellent communication skills. General Responsibilities Follow route assigned via Onfleet Communicate any task discrepancies with dispatcher or Operations manager Provide superior customer service and ensure an outstanding customer experience Actively communicate with team members Answer questions from new customers/washers and be able to communicate effectively about Loopie. Requirements Must have access to a working, insured car/vehicle and a valid US driver's license. Must reside in Seattle, WA, or the surrounding area. Available to work at least 25 hours per week Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be legally able to work in the US Compensation: Hourly rate starting at $17-$20/ hr with room to grow within a fast growing startup!! Gas reimbursement and tips. APPLY HERE: What is Loopie Loopie is a peer-to-peer laundry pickup and delivery service that charges flat rates per bag with a guaranteed 24-hour turnaround. Loopie does not own a single washer and dryer and instead utilizes a network of Certified Washers and Laundromat Partners to fulfill orders. Loopie drivers pick up and deliver orders from customers and deliver them to the nearest available washer or laundromat partner. Washers and laundromats will wash, dry, and fold the order and alert the driver when it is ready to be picked up and delivered back to the customer less than 24 hours after pickup. Loopie aims to change the laundry industry and the way people think about doing their laundry by providing a fast and affordable alternative while supporting in-home washers in the community.
