Forefront Construction is looking to hire a general laborer to join our team. We are a general contracting construction and maintenance company. You will be working on a wide range of projects. Responsibilities · Take direction from the Project Manager · Self-perform and work on commercial projects · Recognize potential problems with the project and timely request additional guidance and assistance · Answer most questions regarding the project and direct more specific or financial questions to the Project Manager · Unload equipment, tools, and supplies from the vehicle to the job site · Complete job tasks assigned by the Project Manager · Demonstrate understanding and proper use of basic tools · Construct appropriate containment for construction dust, dirt, and airborne contaminant in working areas · Use appropriate lifting techniques and lifting equipment when moving customers' contents · Cleaning · Remove and dispose of debris Qualifications: Valid Driver’s License Possess a sense of urgency, professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening Physical Demands Frequent lifting of more than 50 lbs Comfortable with heights Access and mobility to tight spaces Sustained periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and kneeling Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $20.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Parental leave Retirement plan Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Experience: None Those interested in the position can reach us at (206)535-2886 or by email at [email protected].
