About the job: • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation • Allocate resources for assigned projects • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Responsibilities: • Assist project manager with permitting process, budget, bid request, value engineering. • Prepare project schedule(s) and maintain them current for the duration of project. • Review project plans and specifications. • Process submittals, RFI(s), ASI(s), COP(s) and other incidental documents. • Attend / lead project related meetings. • Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and vendors. • Procure materials and ensure timely delivery on site. • Schedule inspections communicate with city staff and third-party inspectors. • Prepare and ensure accuracy of “as-built" drawings and closeout documents by all trades. • Prepare daily/weekly reports and keep photo records. • Maintain a safe OSHA compliant jobsite and hold safety meetings. • Utilize Procore project management software to manage all aspects of projects. Qualifications: • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of commercial, municipal and residential projects
