Description
We are two experienced musicians (vocals & lead guitar) who have been playing together for several years in multiple different projects. We're currently playing with another full band and as an acoustic duo, but we're looking to start another band that is solely focused on fun, upbeat, rocking music, with a set list that's heavy on, well, the heavy. Specific artists we'd like to feature are AC/DC, The Cult, Dio, GnR, Iron Maiden, Led Zeppelin, Metallica, Motley Crue, Poison, Rush, Van Halen, and many more! We'd also like to do a handful of original hard rock songs.
Being able to sing backups is helpful, but not essential. Being chill, focused on having a good time / putting on an entertaining show, and being ego-free is 100% required. We'd also like to bring on a rhythm guitarist to open up the songs we can play, but they would have to be a true rhythm player who doesn't want to play lead. Again, see the ego-free bit above.
